Practical exercise will explain to you how to do observation at the workplace. Liza and John will be doing observation and you have to identify the right and the wrong way of doing observation.

You will have to pay extra attention while watching this instructional video as it will cover various points which are important while doing observation for an activity. The observation process if done in the wrong way is of no use so it is important to understand the right techniques from observation.

Draw the table on paper and note the wrong and right points you observe in the case.
