2. Entire workforce should be educated about BBS observation which helps in implementing the BSS process effectively.
3. Employees should be encouraged to do observation daily to get habitual, and offer feedback for fine-tuning or additions in the observation process.
4. BBS observation is continuous improvement process in the organisation and to do so everyone should do observation.
