My name is Sourabh Jambhulkar and I have 11 years of experience in construction safety. I have worked with organizations like TRIL, Tata Consulting Services, Shapoorji, and Pallonji, and other organizations. During my 11 years of work experience I have gathers good knowledge on various topics with hands-on experience like safety audits, prepared JSA, safety inspection, safety survey, training, developing safety strategy, and contractor safety management.

I have seen closely how incidents happen due to crane overloading and implemented risk reduction strategy in organizations.
